Mission Statement: Little Blessings Childcare Center LLC is in the process of becoming a licensed childcare center offering year-round childcare and preschool education for toddlers through preschool age and beyond. We are committed to providing a compassionate, loving, and safe environment in a dynamic setting to help children grow emotionally, physically, academically, and socially.

We are hiring for the following Monday-Friday positions:
-Pre-K Teacher 2: 9am-5:30pm
-Pre-K Assistant Teacher: 10:30am-4:30pm
-Toddler Teacher Assistant: 8:30am-2:30pm
-Cook: 7am-2pm
-Substitutes for all roles

Pay will be dependent on role and qualifications.

These hours are the general idea for the moment, and they may change slightly as the opening date approaches. We will update everything and anything as soon as we make determinations.
If you are unsure if you meet the qualifications, but are interested, apply anyways. We will let you know! Variances can be applied for in certain circumstances. Other positions may become available for being an aide as the time approaches. Volunteers are also welcome!
Employees that are the parent or legal guardian of a child in our care will receive 50% off the rate of the childcare package of their choosing (that discount does not apply for CCAP participants or scholarships that may be available in the future - those remain a third party charge at full package price).
Background studies and more paperwork will be required upon potentially being hired.

Our After-school Care Package provides a safe and nurturing environment for children bussing from the Rock Ridge or St. Louis County School District. With dedicated and reputable staff, we ensure your child receives quality supervision and engaging activities after school hours. Let us provide your child with a fun, educational, and supportive atmosphere where they can unwind, learn, and connect with peers after a busy school day!
$195 per week
Our School-Age Summer Weekly Package is designed for children from Kindergarten to age 12, providing a safe and engaging environment during the summer months. Your child will participate in a range of fun activities, including arts and crafts, outdoor games, and educational workshops. We prioritize enrollment for families already enrolled in our after-school care program, ensuring continuity and comfort for your child. Give your child the gift of a memorable summer filled with friendship, learning, and adventure!
Flat Daily Rate of $55, regardless of child's age
Our Drop-In Care service offers a flexible childcare solution for parents who need occasional care for their little ones. This service requires being put on a waitlist of which you will be called if there is availability. You can utilize it if available, or pass, and we will continue to move down the waitlist.
Still only available for children ages 16 months and older at this time when available.
Joleen has always had a strong passion for working with children. She holds an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Early Childhood/Early Childhood Special Education and has extensive experience in childcare settings. Specializing in infants and toddlers, she understands the importance of these early years for growth and development. Joleen loves incorporating sensory play and even the messy activities that allow children to explore, create, and fully engage in learning through play.
